We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare estimates, schedule and perform work, order materials, communicate with you about your project, invoice and collect payment, keep required business records, and — where you've asked us to — follow up about future work.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to do the work or run the business: with subcontractors, suppliers, and crews working on your project; with permitting authorities and inspectors where a job requires it; with service providers who operate our systems on our behalf (our website host, project management and invoicing software, payment processor, and accounting software); with our accountant, insurer, or attorney; and where we're required to by law or to enforce a contract. We also use analytics and advertising tools from Google and Meta, which receive information about your visit and use it in accordance with their own privacy policies.

If you pay us online, payment is handled through our project management and payment provider using a secure processor. We do not collect or store your full card number or bank account number on our website.

Our customer and vendor portal is operated by a third-party project management provider. Once you log into that portal, or follow any other external link from our site, that provider's own privacy policy governs your information rather than this one.
