About this website

This site is operated by WN Construction LLC, a licensed residential contractor based in Walterboro, South Carolina. It exists to describe our services, show our work, and make it easy to get in touch.

Descriptions of services, photos of completed projects, and any pricing or timeline information on this site are general and for reference only. They are not an offer, a bid, or a binding quote. Every project is different. A price or schedule becomes binding only when it appears in a written estimate or contract signed by both you and WN Construction LLC.

Your contract governs the work

If we perform work for you, the signed contract, estimate, and any written change orders between us govern that work — including scope, price, schedule, warranty, and payment terms. Nothing on this website adds to, replaces, or changes what you signed.

Photos of completed work

Project photos on this site show work we have performed. Results vary with site conditions, materials, budget, and design. Photos are illustrative and are not a promise of a specific outcome on your project.

Customer and vendor portal

Access to our online portal is provided through a third-party project management service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. Your use of the portal is also subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy.

Payments

Invoices issued through our portal are payable according to the terms in your signed contract. Online payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not receive or store your full card or bank account numbers. Any refund or dispute is handled under your contract and our posted Refund Policy.

Our content

IThe text, photographs, logo, and design on this site belong to WN Construction LLC or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't copy, republish, or use our content or project photos for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Acceptable use
